Instant Book lets students book available lesson times immediately, without you confirming each booking manually. It’s enabled by default for all tutors. Because students can only book times you’ve made available, keep your calendar up to date.
Why it helps you
When a lesson is confirmed within 24 hours of a student’s request, it’s 50% more likely to result in a completed lesson. Instant Book removes the back-and-forth, so more enquiries turn into lessons and you spend less time coordinating.
Pricing
Instant Book lessons use your advertised hourly rate. Shorter or longer lessons are charged the corresponding proportion or multiple of that rate.
Keeping your availability current
As part of New Student Slots, you’re prompted to review and update your availability at least every three weeks, so students only see bookable times. If your availability changes, update your calendar as soon as possible.
Can I opt out?
