What should I do if I’m concerned about a recording for a specific lesson?

If you’d like a recording made hidden after a lesson, contact our Customer Support Team with your reason. Whether it’s hidden is at our discretion.

Examples of valid reasons

This list isn’t exhaustive, but a recording or series of recordings could be hidden if:

• A student or tutor was verbally abusive or threatening.
• Someone shared sensitive information or has a need to not be on camera.
• A safeguarding issue occurred during the lesson.

Note that we still keep recordings for safeguarding reasons even when they’re hidden from view.
