Once your profile is complete, one of our team reviews your application and lets you know if anything else is needed. We aim to do this within 4 weeks, though it can take longer during busy periods.
If we approve your application
If we’re happy with your profile and have approved your background check and references, we’ll email you to confirm. We’ll also send tutoring resources, including a short training video on how to work as a tutor on our platform.
From this point you’re ready to tutor: students can view your profile and request lessons, and you can apply for jobs on the Job Board.
If we need changes first
Sometimes we need you to change something on your profile or send more information. If so, we’ll email you, then review your profile again a few days later and set you live if everything looks good.
