Lesson Credit is a reward added to your account, for example for referring friends, through our Satisfaction Guarantee, or through promotions. You use it towards future lessons.
How credit is used and what you pay
- Credit is automatically deducted from the next lesson you pay for, and any leftover rolls to the lesson after. Example: with £20 credit and a £15 lesson, we use £15 and leave £5 for later.
- If your credit is less than the lesson cost, we use what you have and charge the difference 24 hours after the lesson. Example: with £10 credit and a £15 lesson, we use £10 and charge £5 to your card.
Where to see your balance
Log in and go to the Lessons tab on your dashboard. A zero balance won’t show.
Refunds
For lessons paid partly or fully with credit, you can still request a refund in the usual way. If eligible, we refund the amount your card was charged. We may also reinstate the credit used, at our discretion.
If you cancel
- Cancel more than 24 hours before, or if your tutor cancels: you’re not charged and no credit is deducted.
- Cancel less than 24 hours before: the standard late-cancellation fee of 0%, 50% or 100% applies, charged to your card. Lesson Credit is not used for late-cancellation fees. You can view our cancellation policy, here.
How long credit lasts
Lesson Credit lasts 3 months from the date it’s applied, then expires. Example: £10 applied on 1 June expires on 1 September.
