Once your profile is live, you’ll appear in search results for your subjects, and students can book lesson slots and message you. You can also apply for jobs on the Job Board.
Messages from students
Students who find you can book weekly lesson slots and start a message thread to discuss their needs. You can rearrange scheduled lessons in that thread. We notify you of new messages by email and, if you use the app, push notification.
To view messages, log in and select the Messages tab in the top bar.
The Job Board
If you have slots to fill, check the Job Board for available jobs. Log in and select the Jobs tab at the top of the website, or use the dashboard in the app.
- Only 4 tutors can apply for a job before it closes, so check regularly. Popular subjects fill quickly.
- You can send only one message when applying, so include as much as possible: your experience, availability, how and when you can help, and why you’re a good fit. Include any questions about their request.
