We set high standards so tutors give students the best experience. These ground rules are non-negotiable.
The three ground rules
- Keep all bookings, communication, and lessons on Tutorful. This keeps things organised and transparent, with secure payments and easy scheduling, and lets us support you.
- Always be professional and follow our Code of Conduct. Treat students with respect, communicate clearly and politely, and keep a high standard of teaching.
- Always show up on time. Punctuality builds trust and gets students the most from each session.
Consequences of breaking the rules
Following these is non-negotiable. Breaking them will result in removal from our search results, so we can no longer provide you with new students.
