How we handle complaints

We take seriously any complaint of bullying, harassment, victimisation, or unlawful discrimination by employees, customers, suppliers, visitors, the public, or anyone else in the course of our activities. Such acts are treated as misconduct under our policies, and appropriate action will be taken. Particularly serious complaints could result in immediate removal from the website without notice.

Sexual harassment may also be a criminal matter, such as in sexual assault allegations. Harassment under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997, which isn’t limited to protected characteristics, is a criminal offence.

This commitment is fully supported by senior management. Our policy is monitored and reviewed annually.
