How can I manage my notifications?

You can manage your notifications on the web or the app. Notifications are grouped into four categories: Mandatory, Reminders, Messages, and Marketing.

The four categories

• Mandatory: important notifications like lesson payments. We always email these to keep you updated, and you can also opt into mobile notifications.
• Reminders and Messages: choose email or mobile for each. We strongly recommend selecting at least one, so you don’t miss messages or reminders.
• Marketing: optional emails like the Tutor Digest.

How to manage notifications on the web

1. Log in and click the Account tab.
2. Go to the Notifications section and set your preferences.

How to manage notifications on the app

1. Click the More icon in the bottom right.
2. Select Settings, then Notifications.
3. Set the same options as on the web.
