How do I report an issue on the website?

If something isn’t working on the website, email us at support@tutorful.co.uk with as much detail as possible, and we’ll help fix it.

Before you report

1. Use Google Chrome, which is most compatible with our platform.
2. Clear your cache, which often resolves website issues.

To clear your cache:

1. Open your browser and click the three dots or lines in the top-right corner.
2. Go to Settings, then Privacy and security or History.
3. Click Clear browsing data.
4. Choose a time range, usually All time.
5. Tick Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
6. Click Clear data.

Details we need

Please include:

• A screenshot or video of what’s happening.
• Your device (mobile, laptop, tablet).
• Your browser and, if you know it, its version.
• When it happened.
• The exact steps to recreate the problem.

If you don’t know all the answers, that’s fine, but the more detail you give, the better our development team can investigate.
