Every online lesson is recorded, and you can watch your recordings back as a revision tool. This guide covers how to view them and how they’re kept secure.
How to view your recordings
- Log into your account at tutorful.co.uk and click the Lessons tab.
- Click Completed lessons.
- Select Lesson details next to the lesson, where you’ll find the recording.
Recordings can only be viewed on a laptop or computer, not a tablet or phone.
How recordings are kept secure
- Recordings sit behind login and can’t be downloaded, for data protection.
- Recordings are only visible to students, not tutors.
- Tutorful never uses recordings without consent, and only reviews one if needed for quality or safeguarding.
Can I opt out of recordings?
You can’t opt out of being recorded, but you can request that individual recordings are deleted by contacting our Engagement Team at support@tutorful.co.uk.
How long can I access recordings?
You can access recordings for three months after the lesson.
