Yes. You can pause your lessons with your Tutor for up to 9 weeks. The 9 weeks are calculated from the date you request the pause and must fall within the available pause period.
How to pause your upcoming lessons
1. Go to Lessons
2. Select Lesson details
3. Select End tuition
4. Select I have a scheduling conflict
5. Select I’m stopping for the school holidays or time off
6. Enter the dates you will be unavailable for your tutoring lessons and press Next.
Please note: You can only enter dates up to 9 weeks in advance from the date you start this request.
7. You will then need to confirm your time off by selecting ‘Confirm time off’
Those lessons will then move from upcoming lessons to cancelled lessons.
