This short tutorial shows you how to switch between three video layout modes in the classroom, so your lessons feel smooth and professional.
The three layout modes
- Video Grid Mode: displays every participant in an orderly grid.
- Video Sidebar Mode: arranges videos in a scrollable bar on the right side, which is ideal when you’re using the whiteboard or other tools more prominently.
- Floating Videos Mode: lets you drag, resize, and arrange video windows however you like.
Presenter Mode
Double-click any participant’s feed to bring it into Presenter Mode, which puts that video front and centre. This is especially useful when screen sharing or highlighting a student’s work.
