How do I enable my microphone and camera?

To use your camera and microphone in the classroom, you first need to allow browser access, then confirm the right devices are selected.

How to enable your camera and microphone

1. When you join, a pop-up asks you to allow access. Press Allow.
   
   
   
2. If you accidentally block access, look for a red cross through the camera icon in the URL bar at the top. Click it, choose Always allow for Lessonspace, then reload the page to rejoin the Space.
   
   
   
3. Go to Setup then Device setup to make sure the correct camera and microphone are chosen.
   
   
   
4. Go to Setup then Troubleshooting to check everything is working. A ! icon on your video box usually means something isn’t working.
   
   
   
5. If Troubleshooting says “Everything looks good!”, you’re ready to go.
