For Tutors - What’s the difference between the messages on the website and app? Print

We’re really excited to be rolling out our new and improved messaging system on our apps, and the web messaging system will be updated in the coming months to have the same features as the apps!

In the meantime, you’re still able to use either the app or the website to message users. As we’ve migrated over all messages since the 1st January 2023 on the new messaging system on the apps, if you do need to access an older message thread, you can do so on by logging into your account on the website.
