We understand that there will be certain circumstances when you'd like a recording to not be accessible after a lesson has taken place. If you would like a recording hidden for a valid reason please get in touch with our Customer Success Team. It will be at our discretion whether or not they are hidden.
Below is a list of some examples of reasons a recording or series of recordings could be hidden, but it is not exhaustive:
- If a student or tutor has been verbally abusive or threatening
- If an individual has a need or shares sensitive information and would prefer not to be on camera for that reason
- If a safeguarding issue occurred within a lesson
It's worth noting that we will still keep recordings for safeguarding reasons.
