So you've created a fantastic tutor profile, provided us with a background check we can approve and given us the details of two referees who are going to get back to us with glowing recommendations - what happens next?!
Once you've completed your profile, one of our team members will take a look at your completed application and let you know if there is anything further that we need! We usually aim to do this within a week, but during our busiest times it may take us a couple of weeks to do this, so please do bear with us!
If we're happy with your profile and we have been able to approve your background check status and references, we will get in touch via email to let you know of this and also send you some tutoring resources, such as a short training video, which will provide some useful information on how to best work as a tutor on our platform.
From this point, you'll be ready to start tutoring - parents and students will be able to view your tutor profile and drop you a message requesting lessons with you, and you'll also be able to apply for tutoring jobs on the job board.
Sometimes, we might need you to make some changes to your profile before we can get you started, or we might need a bit more information from you first. If that's the case, we'll get in touch by email and we'll then review your profile again a few days later and get you live on the site as normal if everything looks good.
