You may have noticed a few scores on your dashboard! We use your repeat client score and booking score, along with your response time and client reviews, to rank our tutors and if one of these scores fall below a certain threshold, we may hide your profile from our search results and limit your access to jobs temporarily, until you're able to improve your tutor scores.
If your repeat client score is low, you may be temporarily hidden within the search results until you get more lessons booked in with your students. To boost your repeat client score, contact students that you have had lessons with through Tutorful to see if they need any extra tuition! Make sure that you are booking all of your lessons onto the platform so that your repeat client score stays where it should be. If your booking score is low, your access to the jobs board may be temporarily limited. To improve your booking score you will need to contact anyone who has been in touch with you via Tutorful, even those you did not end up booking with! Once you get lessons booked in with your students your booking score will increase. You can see more information on how to maintain/increase your booking score here.
