Absolutely! The app allows you to manage all aspects of your lesson bookings, including providing refunds.
To refund a lesson through the app, navigate to your ‘Schedule’ tab, select the lesson booking that you would like to refund and tap the ‘Refund lesson’ button. You’ll then be prompted with a pop-up asking you to confirm the lesson refund. Your student will receive an email from our payment provider, Stripe, when the refund has been processed.
